Welcome to Xaliveron (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Shipping Terms explain how orders placed through our online store are processed, dispatched, and delivered, allowing you to clearly understand each stage from order placement to successful receipt.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees and Charges

Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or more (including 79.99 GBP) qualify for free delivery. Orders with a total value below 79.99 GBP are subject to a fixed shipping fee of 9.99 GBP.

All applicable taxes and delivery-related charges are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional fees will be required beyond the amount confirmed at the time of purchase.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT).

Orders placed before 18:00 are generally processed on the same working day. Orders submitted after 18:00, as well as orders placed on weekends or non-working days, are processed on the next available working day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is approximately 1 to 3 working days prior to dispatch.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5 to 8 working days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier performance, and prevailing logistics conditions.

6. Logistics Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery services, shipments may be handled by one of the following logistics partners:

  • Royal Mail
  • SEUR
  • PackLink

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully placed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment summary, and logistics carrier details. You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your registered email address or phone number.

8. Responsibility Statement

Shipping-related responsibilities are handled in accordance with the following principles:

  • If damage or loss occurs during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Requests for shipping modifications or order cancellations submitted after dispatch are assessed based on the actual order status and may not always be possible.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be handled according to the specific circumstances.

9. Delivery and Acceptance Notes

Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging carefully. If any visible damage or irregularities are identified, please document the condition with photos and contact us as soon as possible for further assistance.
