5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery services are provided exclusively within the United Kingdom. Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the order is recorded and enters the preparation phase. The standard handling time is typically between 1 and 3 working days. After preparation is completed, the parcel is transferred to the selected logistics carrier for dispatch. The estimated overall delivery timeframe generally ranges from 5 to 8 working days and may vary depending on the delivery location and shipment volume during the relevant period. To ensure reliable and consistent delivery, we work with established carriers including Seur, Royal Mail, and Packlink. Orders with a total value of 79.99 GBP or more qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of 9.99 GBP. 6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after payment confirmation, provided that order preparation has not yet started and the parcel has not been handed over to the carrier. Once order processing has begun or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the order by following the procedures outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns And Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges may be submitted within 30 days from the date of successful delivery. Requests are accepted in cases involving visible appearance issues, quality related matters, noticeable color differences, unusual odors, or where the received item does not correspond to the order details.
